Terms and Conditions
Terms and conditions of Mijksenaar bv, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, apply to all orders for the purchase and shipment of goods from the Mijksenaar Shop.

Order, Confirmation and Cancellation
Everyone who submits an order to the Mijksenaar Shop receives an order confirmation by email. The time at which your order is placed is noted. Should you decide to cancel an order that has been submitted, please do so within 24 hours, thus sparing the Mijksenaar Shop unnecessary costs. Cancellation can be done by email.

Prices
All prices indicated are in euros (€) and include 19% VAT (sales tax). Shipping costs, calculated separately, depend on the weight and the size of the shipment, as well as on the customer’s location. Shipping costs appear on the order form during the ordering process.

Payment
At present, payment is by bank transfer or PayPal. Orders are shipped as soon as payment is received. The account number appears on the order confirmation that the customer receives by email. You can also click on the ‘Contact’ button to find this information.

Delivery and Delivery Times
Within 48 hours of placing an order, the customer receives an email confirming the order and requesting payment. Standard orders are dispatched within one week after receipt of payment via the regular postal service. Occasionally, a product may be temporarily unavailable. In that case, the customer receives an email indicating the expected date of delivery. The order may be cancelled at that time, if desired.

Returns
Should the customer decide not to keep the order, the item(s) may be returned within seven days of delivery without reason given. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not accept COD deliveries. Within 30 days of the receipt of returned goods, the Mijksenaar Shop will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to the bank account provided by the customer. The Mijksenaar Shop accepts returns only when products received are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging and condition in which they were dispatched. Returned goods that cannot be resold are unacceptable; they will be shipped back to the customer, who is liable for all costs involved.

A customer who receives goods that do not conform to the specifications of the order should send a written notice of this fact – by email, post or fax – to the Mijksenaar Shop within seven working days of receipt of order. Within 30 days of the receipt of non-conforming goods returned, the Mijksenaar Shop will refund the purchase price (including shipping costs) to the bank account provided by the customer.

Guarantee
Items that have been damaged during production or shipment (proof required) may be exchanged within seven days of receipt. Such goods are also eligible for a refund payment. Mijksenaar is not responsible for damage that occurs through use. When purchasing garments, please follow the instructions on the care label.

Privacy Policy
We do not share the personal data of our customers with outside parties. All such information collected is strictly necessary for the correct transaction of payments and shipments.

Dispute
In the case of dispute, Dutch law applies.

Deze leveringsvoorwaarden zijn van toepassing op al onze aanbiedingen en op alle met ons via de Mijksenaar Shop gesloten overeenkomsten.

Totstandkoming overeenkomst en annulering
Naar aanleiding van een door de klant gedane bestelling, zal door Mijksenaar per e-mail een opdrachtbevestiging gestuurd worden. De order is geplaatst op het moment dat de
klant de bestelling heeft verstuurd. Wilt u uw order alsnog annuleren terwijl u deze wel
heeft geplaatst dan verzoeken wij u ons daar binnen 24 uur over in te lichten voordat er, aan onze kant, kosten zijn gemaakt voor deze order. Dit kunt u doen per e-mail.

Prijzen
De getoonde prijzen zijn in Euro’s en zijn inclusief 19% BTW en exclusief verzendkosten. Verzendkosten zijn afhankelijk van het gewicht en de maten van het pakketje en het land waar de bestelling naar toe gestuurd wordt. Tijdens de bestelprocedure worden de verzendkosten getoond.

Betaling
Op dit moment kunt u alleen betalen via een bankoverschrijving. De bestelling wordt geleverd na ontvangst van uw betaling. Het rekeningnummer staat op de opdrachtbevestiging vermeld. U kunt deze gegevens ook vinden onder het kopje ‘contact’.

Levering en levertijden
Nadat u een bestelling heeft geplaatst, ontvangt u binnen maximaal 48 uur een e-mail met een opdrachtbevestiging met betalingsverzoek. Bij standaard bestellingen verzenden wij uw bestelling binnen een week na ontvangst van uw betaling. Wij bezorgen de goederen per gewone post.
In een enkel geval kan het voorkomen dat het artikel niet meer op voorraad is. In dat geval ontvangt u een bericht met de verwachte leveringsdatum. U kunt de bestelling desgewenst nog annuleren.

Retourneren
Mocht u besluiten het artikel toch niet te willen ontvangen, dan kunt u het artikel binnen zeven dagen na levering zonder opgaaf van redenen terugsturen. De kosten voor de verzending zijn voor rekening van de koper. Wij aanvaarden geen levering onder rembours. Wij zullen na ontvangst het aankoopbedrag (exclusief de verzendkosten) binnen 30 dagen aan u terugstorten op het door u opgegeven bankrekeningnummer.
Retourneren is alleen mogelijk wanneer de goederen in originele verpakking en onbeschadigde staat worden ontvangen. De artikelen moeten in dezelfde conditie verkeren en ongebruikt zijn. Mocht het artikel in onverkoopbare staat retour worden gestuurd, dan kunnen wij het artikel niet accepteren. Het artikel wordt naar de klant teruggestuurd. Alle kosten zijn dan voor rekening van de klant.Mocht het artikel niet voldoen aan de overeenkomst, dan dient u ons hierover binnen zeven werkdagen na ontvangst van de goederen, schriftelijk (per e-mail, post of fax) in te lichten. Wij zullen na ontvangst van het artikel het aankoopbedrag, inclusief alle verzendkosten, binnen 30 dagen aan u terug storten op het door u opgegeven bankrekeningnummer.

Garantie
Artikelen die gebreken vertonen die (aantoonbaar) bij de productie of verzending zijn ontstaan kunnen binnen 7 dagen na levering geruild of terugbetaald worden. Mijksenaar is niet verantwoordelijk voor schade die is ontstaan tijdens het gebruik van de artikelen. Lees in het geval van kleding eerst zorgvuldig de wasvoorschriften.

Beleid t.a.v. persoonsgegevens
Wij stellen uw persoonlijke gegevens niet ter beschikking aan derden. De persoonlijke gegevens die wij gebruiken zijn strikt noodzakelijk om betalingen en verzendingen correct af te kunnen handelen.

Geschil
Het Nederlandse recht is van toepassing.
